We ship from Arizona, United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment clears. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
After an order ships, delivery usually takes 7–21 days.
• United States: typically 7–14 days
• International: typically 10–21 days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, and the carrier can add time.
Shipping rates
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Some US orders may qualify for free shipping based on the rate shown at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking if the carrier provides it. International tracking can take a few days to update.
International orders
The customer is responsible for customs fees, duties, and import taxes. We cannot control delays at customs.
Wrong / incomplete address
Enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for packages lost because of an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us, we can reship after extra postage is paid.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package shows delivered but you don’t have it, wait 24 hours and check with neighbors. Then email us with your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged.
